Grilled whole wheat bread with ham and cheese,  salad, Juice

Afternoon snack

Oatmeal biscuits, Bananas
milk

Grapes, whole wheat bread sticks, water

Rice cakes, water oranges

Pears, crackers, water

Apple wedges, wheat crackers, water
